RETURNS

- Extended Returns till the end of January for all orders placed in December. -

We offer 'CHECKOUT +' at checkout for a small fee. If used, any additional costs for returning your item will be covered by us. Simply click onto the returns portal at the top of this window to begin your return and we will provide return labels. Please note this is particularly recommended for all customers buying from outside of Australia.   
If you didn't use checkout plus you can simply return your item to:

28 Lady Penrhyn Dr, Unanderra NSW 2526.

Please mark clearly on the outside of the satchel 'Tropical Black Return' and include a note of whether you are after a refund or exchange if not using Checkout +. Note should be enclosed in an envelope to ensure ink does not damage the returned item. 

If requesting an exchange please state what item you would like to be exchanged for if not using Checkout +.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order shows as delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you RECEIVED your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the us if:

Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

30 days has expired since your order was received.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
 
Only regular priced items may be refunded (including items that had first time order discount applied), unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded. Any item that is marked down by 30% or more or is sold during a sale event is considered a final sale item.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
 
We can exchange items if they are defective, damaged, if you need to change sizes or if you would like to swap your item for something else. Simply clock the link at the very top of this window to begin your exchange process.

GIFTS
 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
 
To return your product, simply click the link at the top of this window. If you chose our 'Checkout +' option when you placed your order we will email your return label to you at no extra cost. If you did not use Checkout + when you purchased your item/s you will need to cover the cost or returning your item/s.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
