Shipping policy
We offer shipping to australia, new zealand, u.S.A, the u.K and the e.U using australia post for all standard shipping and dhl for our express service which takes 3 to 5 days anywhere in the world. We recommend providing a daytime address and phone number when placing your order so that your order can reach you in a timely manner.
PRICING
All prices are in your regions currency.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All domestic orders exceeding $200 will be shipped within australia free of charge. All international orders over exceeding $350 will be shipped free of charge. All other orders will be charged as follows:
Australia standard post: $8.95
Australia express post: $11.95
International standard: $16.50 - $35 aud (depending on region).
International express: $35 - $50 (depending on region).
You may be required to pay further shipping charges in the instance of change of address or delivery time.
SHIPPING TIME
We have all orders processed and shipped within one business day. Delivery times can vary based on location, please allow longer for regional and international orders. We are based in sydney australia and shipping to u.S.A, the uk and eu typically takes 7 to 10 days for standard post.
PEAK PERIOD SHIPPING TIME
During sale activity and seasonal peak periods there may be a delay in order processing and shipment. During these periods please allow a further three to five days for shipment to metropolitan areas and four days to all other areas.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note for all uk and eu orders customs tax and vat is included in the price. Any additional duties will show at checkout. Orders from the uk over £135 will incur a duty fee and orders from the eu over €150 will incur a duty fee at checkout. Tropical black guarantees no holds at customs and no additional charges to receive your package. In the event of any additional charges we will cover the cost.
